My cool simile

In writing we have been writing similes in our recounts to make them more interesting. Here is one of mine:

• Her hair was as crazy as a jungle

• Her face is as pretty as a butterfly

ski trip 2014:)

On Monday the 4th of August, rooms 1,3and15 went on a ski trip to rainbow ski field. I had a ski lesson and my ski teacher was Iggy, she was great. Iggy taught us how to stop and how to turn. To stop you make a pizza out of your skis . It was so fun skiing and I can't wait to go again. My favourite part of the day was when I skied down the beginner and intermediate slope for the first time of my life.

room3 camp

Camp 2014

On the 10th of March Room3 went on camp with Room 1. On camp we had ten activities,  my favourite activity was go karts.  Every day we did a team event. Our last team event was called Ironman, we had to do one challenge each. I had to sprint from the lake to the confidence course then tag Caleb.

 I loved camp and I want to go again!!!!!!!!!
